Not as pictured, impossible to get ahold of company

It’s photo’s as light pink, but it’s just brown and beige. Completely different than photo and no way to get a refund or exchange. Have emailed and no other way to contact company

Disappointed

The product is good quality I should say. The problem is which ones is for cat and dog. I was so excited and disappointed when I received it Bec it so big for my cat. And we ask for customer service no answer. You could separate it for cat and dog. My cat is not a leopard it’s a domestic cat and I received a big one and I wasted my 60 dollars. And my cat is disappointed too Bec he can’t wear it.
